Movie Analysis
The movie I chose was Mall Cop. This first shot has an insert shot which shows a photo of the mother which is the person being talked about, while also giving the audience something to laugh about. It’s starts from the grandma and daughter finding something out with the dad and the camera turns to a picture of the mother who is no longer there. The picture is a very entertaining photo. This next scene is a POV( Point Of View) Shot. This shot helps for the audience to understand what the subject is focused on. In this scene the subject finds a woman in a mall that catches his eye while on a scooter and due to him not paying attention he crashes. A point of view shot allows the audience to see what’s going on thought the eyes of a character. This provides a way for the audience to view and see things from the way it is seen by the character. This last scene is a two shot. What a two shot does is it allows the audience to see the interaction between subjects or the emotional reaction...
